Norah Jones does Stop Motion
The music video for Norah Jones that my buddy Benny Zelkowicz was Animation Director on - and that we both animated has just been released!!!
The video has a really amazing aesthetic - reminiscent of the old french surrealist photos of the early 1900's
I had the most fun on this shot using real clothes on a washer/dryer brought to life with rare earth magnets and gravity!
When the director Ace Norton brought this boar head from his own living room wall for me to animate I was sure we were distant cousins.

This has to be the COOLEST shot from the whole video - Ben is a master of the inanimate! You have to see his sand animation to truly appreciate his brilliance!
The 'Sinking Soon' music video has not been made available to embed so you must go to her site to watch it - its a moderate load - FLASH heavy - but well worth the wait!
