The Unbreakables

My very dear friend John Harvatine just finished his latest short called "The Unbreakables".


It's a story about two eggs who put their lives on the line to crack down on crime. It's a smashing good time!


I really loved this short! Harv packs in action, comedy, and a wow finish in a package that showcases his abilities as a director and animator.

Here is what Harv has to say about the film:
"The film was shot on a Nikon D100 with a video lunchbox for reference. The eggs are made of wood and wire, and it took about 9 months to put together....working at night and weekends. My wife, Liz Harvatine helped with the production, and it's the latest work from our little production company, Make Out City Studios.
We both currently live in L.A. and work as animators at a studio where Robot Chicken and Moral Orel are produced, which is home to some of the most talented stop-motion professionals in the world.
